What you get an overview of
The club library for the whole club
You see the club's full shared library of drills and sessions, including what individual coaches have set as club-shared. Useful for:
- Tracking that the templates you've built are actually being used.
- Suggesting new drills or adjusting existing ones.
- Making sure warm-up packages, transition play, defensive templates and the like are kept up to date.
More about the club library in Planr Hub and running a club.
Team calendars for each team
You can open the calendar for any team in the club and see planned and completed sessions, just like the coaches on the team do. Use it to:
- Check whether teams have realistic weekly plans.
- Watch out for double bookings or gaps.
- Compare how much one age level trains versus another.
More about the calendar in Calendar and session collaboration.
Monthly themes per team
When coaches set a monthly theme (for example "defence", "counter-attacks", "technique in passing play") it shows up in the club's overview. That way you can:
- See that the age groups have themes that fit the club's development plan.
- Spot whether many teams have the same focus at the same time (or whether someone is lagging behind).
- Use the monthly theme as a starting point for coach meetings.
You can also write proposed text descriptions for monthly themes on the teams – a short, concrete direction the coaches can work from. That makes it easy to roll out a shared yearly plan, while each coach still builds the sessions themselves.
Training times and venue plan
You also see the venue plan and which times each team has, so you can discuss courts, training load and possibly move times. See Training times and venue plan.
How to get started
- The club administrator invites you as a club administrator in the club settings.
- You sign in and automatically get insight into the club library, team calendars, monthly themes and the venue plan across teams.
- If you want to edit sessions on specific teams, you're additionally added as a coach on those teams.
See Planr Hub and running a club for how administrators invite and manage access.
Tips for using the feature in practice
- Coach meetings: start from the monthly theme and team calendars when you talk together, so the conversation gets concrete.
- Season start: check that all teams have entered training in the calendar after the venue plan has been published.
- Season end: use the club library to clean up, update templates and add new drills you've tested during the season.
