Individual coaches on Basic or Pro without a club don't have these tools.
Auto-generate training times
In the venue plan / weekly overview you'll find Auto-generate.
Planr suggests how to allocate time to the teams based on age, which teams and courts you include, and the time of day you want to train (for example after school). You can also include the weekend.
You decide how many sessions per week and how long each age group should typically have. Everything can be edited manually after generation.
Important: if the season already has training times, you can choose whether existing ones should be replaced. Think it through before you confirm, so you don't delete something you wanted to keep.
If not everything fits in the first attempt, Planr usually warns which teams are missing time. You can then move or extend the time windows, or add the rest manually.
Prerequisite: select the right season in the venue plan before you generate, and watch which season is public towards the web (see Training times and venue plan). Venues, courts and teams must be in place.
Create multiple teams at once
Under the team administration you'll find "Create multiple teams at once".
Choose the age range, gender (girls, boys, senior, mixed where it fits), and whether year groups should be paired. Planr skips teams that already exist, so you can safely run the flow several times without duplicates.
After generation you can fine-tune names, colours and details on individual teams. Automatic team names like U14 depend on the season and year of birth and may switch numbers from year to year; see Training times and venue plan.
After auto-generation
- Venue plan: read through that the right teams are on the right courts and times. Resolve conflicts and respect the club's own priorities.
- Teams: confirm that the naming convention matches what you want to show to parents and coaches.
