Open the presentation
Open the session you're going to run. At the bottom of the session view, below the drill list, you'll find the eye icon that starts Presentation mode. You can also open the session from the calendar first and then tap the same icon. Use the device you've planned for the sideline or projector.
Navigation during the session
- Move with the on-screen arrow buttons, or swipe – works on PC, tablet and mobile.
- Follow the order you set in the session builder. If you skip far ahead, players who arrived late may lose the context.
- Many drills have a countdown or remaining-time display. Use it actively to stop warm-up from eating half the session.
Video
Playback happens in Planr and requires a network connection. Video is useful for showing the angle of a shot or a defensive move. If it fails: pause and explain verbally.
Full-screen and projector
On a larger screen, full-screen gives better readability from a distance. Test full-screen before you start, so you know how to exit again without losing your place in the session.
Shared devices
You can use the presentation view on a tablet that players can glance at, without giving them edit access. On shared devices: log out after practice.
Troubleshooting
Video won't play
Check that the device has a network connection. Close the presentation and reopen the session from the calendar. If it persists, report it to support with the browser and device.
Everything freezes
Close the tab completely and open the session again from the calendar. If it keeps happening, contact support.
Wrong session opened
Go back to the calendar and pick the right date before you start the warm-up.
