Who has access?
| Plan | Access to AI Session Planner |
|---|---|
| Planr Basic | Small trial quota, then upgrade is required |
| Planr Pro | Same trial quota until you buy Pro + AI |
| Planr Pro + AI | Included, monthly quota per user |
| Planr Hub | Included for club coaches where the agreement covers AI, monthly quota per user |
You see the remaining number of generations at the top of the AI Session Planner. The numbers and rules can be adjusted over time; what Planr shows when you use AI is what applies.
What AI is good at
- Getting started when you're short on time or have a mental block.
- Balancing blocks so warm-up, main part and cooldown fit the gym time you have.
- Suggesting drills from the library that match your parameters.
What AI doesn't replace
You know the group, injuries, the gym and equipment situation better than the model does. Treat AI as a first draft you edit, not as a finished syllabus.
Better results
- Be specific in the wishes: "Lots of shooting after a breakthrough", "little equipment", "45 minutes with lots of game play".
- Choose the right age group so intensity and complexity match.
- Mention if you want lots of ball touches per player or stations, where the flow asks about it.
After generation
- Read the whole session and remove drills that don't fit the gym or group size.
- Adjust times manually if you know that organisation will take longer than the default.
- Replace drills with video you don't trust.
- Add the custom drills that are your club's signature.
Ethics and data
Don't paste personal information about individual players in free-text fields. Keep the description at drill level.
Troubleshooting
"No access" or "Quota used up"
You may be on Basic or Pro without AI, or the monthly quota is used up. Wait until next month, buy Planr Pro + AI, or check that the club's Hub covers your user.
Strange or repetitive suggestions
Regenerate with clearer instructions, or edit manually.
Language
Stick to one language per attempt for cleaner answers.

A session in Planr has structure (sections), time allocation and often video, so you can plan at your desk and run it on the floor without paper.

Custom drills
Custom drills let you document exactly what you do in the gym, from the club's favourite warm-up to the goalkeeper session you've refined over years.
Presentation mode in the gym
Presentation mode is built for the gym: large text, a clear order and video one tap away. That way you don't have to zoom into PDFs or scroll through messages while the players…
