What "one new session share per month on Basic" means
When you choose Share session and open a public window or copy a new link, it counts as one new share for the month. You can update the same session and the same link later without it counting as a new share, until the next month.
Keep an eye on Subscription or the message that appears when sharing to see how many you have left.
Pro and AI
Planr Pro gives unlimited storage and free sharing for one coach.
AI Session Planner is bought as an add-on (Pro + AI) and comes with a monthly quota that counts AI-generated sessions or revisions in the period. A manual session is still free within Pro. See AI Session Planner for more.
Hub as a club license
Hub is the club agreement that covers multiple coach seats and provides a shared library, venue plan and administrator tools. AI is included with a quota according to the model the club buys.
The administrator adds or removes coach seats in line with the license, and can move the seat on a coach change.
Switching from an individual plan to Hub
When you're invited into a club on Hub, the club's license typically takes over your role while you're an active club coach. Private Pro is kept until you cancel it yourself. Avoid "buying the same thing twice" – check your setup before confirming a new purchase.
Downgrade and cancellation
When downgrading to Basic, sessions beyond the limit may become read-only or require cleanup before saving works again. You don't lose content immediately, but new workflows can stop until you delete down to a permitted number or upgrade.
Club agreements on Hub follow the club's contract and are managed by the administrator who removes access at the end of the season.
How to buy
Website
You pay with a card or another electronic method shown in the payment window. The receipt and any club invoice are sent by email or can be downloaded where we have a customer portal.
Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad
Apple is the seller. You manage subscriptions under Apple ID > Settings > Subscriptions. Planr does not send separate card invoices for these purchases; documentation is with Apple.
Club on Hub: invoicing
Clubs that buy Hub get an invoice by email (PDF) at the agreed interval. The club's contact person should make sure we have an updated organisation number and recipient email.
VAT and displayed prices
Prices shown in marketing may be excluding or including VAT depending on the sales channel and country. The final amount with taxes is always shown in the checkout step before you confirm.
Associations and clubs with exemption schemes need to verify with their accountant whether the purchase is correctly classified.
Renewal and binding period
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in time.
- Annual agreements may have a discount and run to the end with automatic renewal unless otherwise stated in the offer.
- Cancellation happens where the purchase was made (web portal or Apple).
Changing plan
- Upgrade mid-period: you often pay pro-rata or are credited according to the rules of the payment channel.
- Downgrade: usually takes effect on the next renewal date.
Failed charges and expired cards
If we can't take a payment on a club or private account, we send a reminder by email. Unpaid periods can suspend access to paid features until the situation is resolved.
Update the card number and expiry in the payment portal or with Apple as soon as possible.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
Private customers in the EU/EEA may have a right of withdrawal on online purchases under local rules; Apple purchases are handled through the App Store's refund flow.
Club agreements and customised Hub prices follow the contract you signed or the web terms that applied at the time of purchase.
Need an invoice again or a correction?
Contact support via chat and provide the club name, organisation number, previous invoice number and what's missing. We can't change Apple receipts; they're retrieved in your Apple account.
Need help choosing?
- Start with Basic if you want to try the library and calendar.
- Choose Pro when you train regularly and need unlimited storage and sharing.
- Choose Hub when the club wants to bring several coaches together with shared content and a venue plan.
See Planr Hub and running a club for the club side, and Help in chat and contact if you're unsure about the number of coach seats or are coming from another club solution.
