Data you store in Planr
Profile
Name, email and settings such as language and notification choices.
Content
Drills, sessions, calendar entries, club connection and operational data needed for the app to work.
Data is stored securely in the cloud with professional providers, with controls on who has access.
Public links without sign-in
A publicly shared session and a shared calendar are meant to be opened by anyone with the link. Assume the content can be passed on outside the club's control.
Don't use these surfaces for:
- Sensitive health information about individual players.
- Internal strategy you don't want opponents to see.
- Personal data that isn't necessary to explain the training.
Club content
When you share with the club, authorised coaches and administrators in the same club can see content according to their roles. The club should have internal guidelines for what is a shared template versus a private working draft.
Children, photos and video
Planr often shows video from third-party platforms. When you link to the club's own recordings, the club's and federation's consent rules for photos and video of minors apply.
Planr is the tool that displays the link; responsibility for lawful publication lies with whoever uploaded or shared the content.
Communication and notifications
Email and push can contain short summaries of events (for example that a session has been moved). Avoid discussing sensitive personal matters in comment fields or descriptions that may trigger notifications to many.
Support and troubleshooting
When you contact support and send screenshots, remove personal names that aren't necessary to explain the issue. Planr support will never ask you for your password.
Logs and analytics
Like most online services, Planr can use technical logs and analytics tools to improve performance and find errors. Details are in the legal documents on the website.
Your rights
Depending on the privacy rules where you live (for example in the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access, rectify or delete personal data.
Deletion can affect your ability to keep using the account with the history intact. Clubs should coordinate deletion with the administrator so shared content isn't damaged unintentionally.
Where to find the full documentation
A data processing agreement for clubs is sent on request to the club's contact person. In case of conflict, the legal documents are what apply.
